FAST FACTS:

Darrow became a member of the Ohio Bar in 1878. Early in his legal career, he practiced law in Kinsman, Andover, and Ashtabula, Ohio. In 1887, he moved to Chicage where over time became one of that city's most successful lawyers.

Ultimately, he would become one of the most famous lawyers in US history. Two of his most notable trials were the Scopes "Monkey Trial" and Leopold and Loeb.
